The partnership between Ryan and Frank marked the beginning of Lemlec's journey to remarkable heights.

Nathan Perkins joined the team, initiating a phase of rapid growth, processes and company developments that saw the team expand from 3 to 8 members. This period coupled with Nathan’s experience laid the groundwork for Lemlec's dynamic future.

The year of the pandemic presented unprecedented challenges. In the face of adversity, Lemlec emerged stronger than ever, driven by the increasing demand for landlord electrical testing and an explosive growth that swelled our team to over 20 dedicated members.

The year of renewed vision, a re-establishment of goals, and an expanded direction. Lemlec Building Services was born, broadening our offerings to include a comprehensive suite of solutions.
