Cavan Williams

Cavan joined us in 2021 after having been majorly let down by his previous employer. He was promised the opportunity to undertake his apprenticeship and after several months, it was clear that wasn’t on offer. Keen and willing to progress Cavan took the time to organise everything required for the apprenticeship and was then let go from his role as a result. He contacted Lemlec and explained the situation and true to Lemlec’s core values we were able to help Cavan progress. He has been an excellent addition to the team and is a real pleasure to have with us. We wish him all the luck with his progression.
