Nathan joined the team as our Operations Manager in October 2018. He started off in the industry over 18 years ago and has worked for a couple of large contracting companies. The most recent being SB Electrical. Whilst at SB Electrical for 10 years the company grew from around 5 engineers to over 40 and his hard work was testament to the company’s success. Nothing is too much trouble and Nathan will go out of his way to ensure clients & staff are content throughout any project. A real asset to the Lemlec family. He is approachable, very knowledgeable and not shy about getting stuck in. In September 2020 Nathan was promoted from Operations Manager to Managing Director of one of our subsidiary companies before being promoted to Managing Director of Lemlec Ltd in 2023.
