Ryan Smith-Matthews

Ryan started off in the electrical industry as an apprentice Catering engineer. After having spent 3 years as an apprentice in the industry he took the leap and set up his first business. It was there he spent 24 months refurbishing catering equipment, carrying out service, repairs and installations for some of the world’s biggest brands in catering equipment. In 2016 a family friend Mr Frank Louch, was helping Ryan rewire his property and made a proposition to dust off the Lemlec name and bring it back from closure and try and build on its previous successes. In 2022 Ryan diversified into property & other business interests and as a result, resigned as Managing Director to be appointed as CEO.
